SN air exposure

If I opened my SN for 5 seconds a few weeks ago am I still good? It came as a small amount in a huge plastic bottle. It sounds a little clumpy inside. I'm worried any air/moisture that got in might affect it.

This question keeps coming up. There is no way to test your SN or do anything with it without exposing it to air at some point. It's simply impossible
