I know I'm crazy. If you run 6 or more km and after taking a letal dose of SN this will accelerate the absorption for the body?

The absorption of SN by the body is fast enough already for all practical purposes. Complicating the regimen with unnecessary exercise doesn't seem wise.

Oh and the idea of swapping the fasting for exercise makes no sense. The two things are not interchangeable! The reason for the fasting is not 'to make you feel hungry'. If it was, then yes, fasting and exercise would both achieve that same end goal. But for the SN regimen, the fasting is for emptying the stomach in advance to ensure the SN is absorbed rapidly. Fasting leads to an empty stomach. Exercise does not.

EDIT: Post was unfairly harsh. Made it more polite.

Oh and the idea of swapping the fasting for exercise is completely retarded. The two things are not interchangeable! The reason for the fasting is not 'to make you feel hungry'. Ok, sometimes I can be very imaginative and perhaps dumb.

Yeah you don't say! Shame you can't overdose on that instead, or you'd be a guaranteed fatality. :smiling:
Seriously? People come here for a safe space, they don't need that.

It was intended as a joking way of agreeing with the OP.

A constructive criticism...

I've observed you sometimes call people stupid, retarded, lazy, or ignorant alongside quite insightful observations and helpful advice. It's difficult to receive benefit, even the ostensibly intended benefit of humor, when it's presented in a way that demeans and shames. The problem is not how they receive what you give, but what they are being given.

Thanks for being honest in your feedback. I don't generally employ that kind of language, but there have been a few occasions (especially recently) when something has struck me as particularly unthinking and I've bluntly labelled it as such. I've always at least tried to be clear that I'm labeling the specific idea rather than the person as a whole.

In hindsight, I suppose OP's assumption about exercise being interchangeable for fasting had an intuitive side to it for people unfamiliar with the physiology involved, so I shouldn't have been so blunt anyway with that example.

I know wasn't your purpose but I'm used to being ridiculed and humiliated during my entire life so I really don't care. I myself have ashamed of myself :ahhha:.

Our bodies have a "rest & digest" state which physical activity (adrenaline) hinders , and in the short-term slows intestines . Maybe few hours afterwards a person may be relaxed . But overall it would be counterproductive . According to that running cannot replace fasting: If you ate 1h before the run , then 1h after the run your small intestines will be full (since while running your body 'pauses' digestion and busy running; rather than empties intestines) .

Wouldn't it feel on a high of well-being and calmness not inviting to CTB after such marathon ? Or there's a hidden purpose to chase Nirvana, to blend with rationalism as the best exit

Sorry, I'm an off-topic specialist because I can't help it when someone's opening a drawer.
Is there a way to exhaust the muscles and energy enough that it'd calm down seizure-like contractions (thinking of the ReBreather) ? I'm absolutely not used to extreme endurance exercices
