Hi guys ❤ so I have my meto, tagament and sn but no benzos. Which I know I dont have to have them so not too worried about Benz os. Question is I will be alone for a long time tomorrow night over 8 hours probably 12 so I want to cbt. If I take meto now and anti acid now and then again tomorrow and fast till tomorrow night do you think I will succeed? Or should I wait till I have 2 or 3 days regimine of anti e and acid? Its just tomorrow will be good because I'll be alone for so long but if I need to take anti e and anti a for longer ill wait till next sat. Thanks guys I just dont want to fail. Also if I took muscle relaxers or flexeril to relax would that help?,

Plenty of users have successfully CTB with only a stat dose of anti-emetics and antacids. The key to succeeding seems to be making sure you're not found in time. I don't have the medical knowledge to answer if taking a 2-3 day regime will make a difference but I don't see any harm in it. On the topic of benzos/muscle relaxers I don't know if they will make much of a difference but I plan on taking Benzos to knock myself out quickly so hopefully I'm unconscious before I feel the effects of SN and will pass in my sleep.
I don't think benzos/relaxers are completely necessary even people who took SN without antacids or anti-emetics say they passed out pretty quickly even after vomiting, and only survived because they were found.

Ya so I'll actually be home from 4 p.m till noon the next day alone soooo I'll never get this much time alone
I'm fasting from now and taking anti acid now just in case I do it but just wondering if I need to take them for longer

A stat dose is fine. There's a chance you may still vomit but you'll likely fall unconscious VERY quickly after. As long as you don't call for help (phone an ambulance etc) you should be good to CTB.

Oh ok. If this is the start of your regimen I'd say take them every 8 hours or so if possible. Then take a stat dose as your last dose before taking SN.
Ya its like 1 am here so I'll prob take in am. I am hoping to do an tomorrow nighty if all goes as planned.
