Help slitting carotid and drowning

Would it be a more reliable method if I doubled up by slitting my carotid as deep as possible and then jumping in lake michigan with weights tied to my feet?

I mean, even drowning by itself would be good, since you're tying weights to your feet. I don't think you can easily survive that.

The general consensus is that combining different methods is not necessarily the best idea.
It is best to focus on one method and refine it.

Of course, in some situations, combining some methods may make sense, but I do not think that is the case here.

Also, cutting the carotid arteries is not such a simple matter.
Easier said than done.

What you are proposing seems like unnecessary complication to me.

I considered drowning with weights and would do a considerable amount of benzos to relax before hand.
