• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

What's the thinking on a sleeping pill OD followed by SN (in conjunction with anti emmetics)?

It's pretty impossible to ctb with regular sleeping pills, but you can OD and knock yourself out pretty effectively. Would it be possible, using the anti emmetics regime prescribed in PPHB, to OD on sleeping pills then as you start to feel groggy, drink the SN solution, bypassing all the discomfort of SN and falling into a lethal sleep the same way you would on N?

Would the pills negatively affect the outcome? Seems like a better alternative to sedatives which doctors are less inclined to freely prescribe compared with sleeping pills plus you remain awake and aware with things like diazepam, even if you are sedated. No need for beta blockers either.

If anyone tries this maybe lie on your side with pillows at your back in case you vomit in your sleep. Maybe choking in your sleep is painless but I wouldn't like to risk finding out.

My gut reaction to this is that you have to be really careful with the timing of the sleeping pills. Too early and you will fall asleep before you can do anything or be way too groggy to perform the SN protocol. If you are too late, it will not matter.

I will say, it takes only about 10-15 minutes for most people to lose consciousness with SN so you do not have that long to wait. An OD may be overkill. Maybe just take one or two (depending on how you handle them) to calm you down?

But those 10 to 15 minutes sound pretty terrifying. I would rather go to sleep through that process.

I've tried to OD on sleeping pills before. You have a pretty decent window of a few minutes between feeling enormously sleepy and actually passing out. Plenty of time to drink the solution since most of the protocol occurs before.

I tried an exit bag which didn't work because I screwed it up. Sat under the hood for the longest 5 minutes of my life. I feel like 10 to 15 minutes is a lifetime especially as SI will be screaming at you to call for help the whole time. It was the biggest challenge in those short 5 minutes that's for sure.

If you have tried this before and know you have a predictable, solid window then this sounds like a potentially decent addition.

I'm not able to get a hold of benzos so this is what I'm thinking of doing as well (except not an OD, just double the normal dose). I have used OTC sleeping pills before and they knock me out in about 15 minutes. Once I get sleepy, I will take the SN.

I feel like I want to OD because sometimes when I take double dose I can still be woken up and wonder if that could happen with the accelerated heart rate or headache.

My main concern is any interaction between sleeping pills and the other prescribed doses, like anti emmetics for example. I think I'm going to do a test.

Getting sleeping pills is so easy. My doctor knows I have trouble sleeping and mental health problems so I'm sure he will prescribe them no problem. Might have to collect a couple boxes over time though for the OD effect.

Getting sleeping pills will be easy for me as well. My psychiatrist suggested melatonin because of my sleeping difficulties, but I feel bad using his pills to ctb. I have some OTC sleeping pills I have been stockpiling so will just use a couple of those to knock me out quicker. I wished I could get a hold of some benzos, though. I have everything else that is needed except for the benzos.

This actually sounds great, but what makes the matter worrisome is the possible vomiting of SN in sleep and death by suffocation. On the other hand, I would not rule out Propranolol either, because the tachycardia can wake you up. because benzos cancel anxiety and reduce SI, and there is no danger of suffocation in sleep (if the dose is not exceeded). It would certainly be more ideal to fall asleep immediately after SN drinks and avoid 15-20 minutes but I'm not sure if that's possible with sleeping pills without affecting success.

More pills = more likely to vomit.
I don't know what sleeping meds you have but there's no guarantee that they'll work. Try to imagine the worst panic attack you can think of - that's what SN feels like. The adrenaline rush may not let you fall asleep. Thats just how I see it, so I might be completely wrong but still, I don't think it's a good idea.

I found some on the dnm but working out the whole process of buying it is a lot harder :(
That's good to know, thank you. I'd like to at least have the protocol ready to go in case I need it.

This is my actual plan as well. I will use benzos (Clonazepam) about 60 minutes before taking SN and sleeping pills 40 minutes before the SN drink. I am also hoping to reduce those fearsome minutes that happen after the SN drink.
