I can't sleep with a shirt anymore. Even if it's cold, not having it on makes my blanket feel so much softer!

I used to do it until I had a couple schizo scares from a weed and sleep deprivation combo. I woke up and saw people and objects and heard voices vividly in my bedroom multiple times which has made me uncomfortable doing it now.

I have to because I get too warm under my duvet even when in winter! For some reason when I go to sleep my body boils and gets really hot it's really weird.
