I suspect that a certain percentage of deaths in sleep is caused by sleep paralyis. Experiencing it feels like falling from a skyscraper.

Therefore, if a person has heart conditions (hypertension etc.), sleep paralysis could kill them.
Are there ways to induce sleep paralysis?

House MD did an episode about this, it's exceedingly unlikely, but in a simiilar vein, you might try lucid dreaming, it might provide a nice escape.

Too unpredictable to work, but since you ask - I get sleep paralysis when I have been undereating and stressed for a long period of time.
If I'm underweight and weak, burning the candle at both ends etc.
As for a ctb method, man,if it worked,it will literally feel like demons or malicious entities from another dimension have come to getcha :smiling:

No there isn't, if you don't have it regularly.
Besides it is not really dangerous
It is not pleasant at all!
Its like you forgetting how to move Everything is wired, vibrating, it's so annoying, and the only way to release it is to give up.
If I sleep more than 8 hours I have A series of sleep paralysis, each lasting for 10 seconds and can reach a minute.
One time I heard some evil laugh And a really loud beeping in the ears that freaked me out

What exactly makes you think sleep paralysis could be fatal, even in people with heart conditions?

It seems from your posts you're looking for ways to CTB, maybe invent one yourself. Have you checked the resources page? The "safest" might be to stick to one of the known ones. Maybe the most similar to going to sleep forever would be CO or some inert gas

It most likely wont kill you, but some situations cause sleep paralysis for memore often then not. Like going to sleep with right after eating or sleep position where my breathing and air intake is limited. Thats just me tho

When people get scared their hearts tend to beat much faster, with blood pressure rising. So I thought it might be deadly to those with heart conditions. "Scared to death" saying must come from somewhere :))

No, sounds pretty unlikely.
