I've been reading some threads about different methods, and I don't know if this has been discussed yet or not, but do you guys think this method will be reliable? im thinking about taking sleep meds, the ones you can buy over the counter. I'll be at a lake at night, where no one will be around. Im thinking I will tie weights to my ankles and put some weight in a backpack and secure that with doc tape. then once I feel myself getting sleepy ill get in the water. im hoping the meds will make me less aware of what's happening and make it easier? I don't know about consuming alcohol. I've never had a drop of it. Anyone have advice?
