I'm currently 41 years old, and have just been told that my condition will no longer get better. I want a quality of life that I can no longer offer my family. I have specific questions about methods to discontinue my existence please respond

Are you using the site from computer or from a phone? I find it easier to use from a computer.
There's a top navigation bar with links to the forums, rules, wiki, etc. In the forums section there are 3 sub categories and inside each of them, there are "sticky threads" that are of general interest and below, the user-created threads.

You asked for a link, what section are you looking for?

And by the way, you have been replying to yourself. When you want to reply to someone, you click the small reply button in the bottom right of the user's post and the user is automatically quoted, no need to click anywhere else.
