This probably sounds so random (hence the offtopic), but I was wondering if my profile pic was weird, unsightly, and/or otherwise off-putting and should be changed?

No, why? I don't see anything disgusting about it :). In general, it's best to have one profile photo from the beginning and never change it. This helps identify people.

Yes. A bird on a skull and a rose on the ground. I don't know what species of bird this is because I don't know anything about it. Maybe a raven? would fit. Overall, there is no subtext for me. I just like dark art and I liked this photo.
