Shipping SN from Poland to the USA

Hi, I found a website O****** based in Poland that sells SN. I'm wondering if anyone has used this source before, and also whether there are likely to be any issues in customs (I'm in the USA). Is there any chance of getting in legal trouble?

I wish I knew more about buying it, but then I haven't read deeply into the nuts & bolts of it yet. I hope to read much, much more stuff on here.
