Hello everyone. So after a few hours of looking around I think the SWB is my best bet as I was looking for some advice on this method. When I try it I don't feel dizzy or anything. I get a bit of a headache but I don't notice any real change. I'm a 25-year-old male if that helps. I'm rather skinny, no real muscle.
I am breathing as fast and as hard as I can for about a minute. After hyperventilating I notice it gets harder to breath as I go on. I hold my breath but nothing. Now maybe the difficulty breathing is a good sign it's starting to work but I'm not sure. Can anyone offer me some advice please?
