Self sabotaging to cope with it all

I really want to relapse. I've been clean for about 2-3 months iirc, but over the last week there's been this urge to start cutting again that's at the back of my head. I would but I can't find any of my blades. What do I do? clearly waiting for the urge to go away isn't working. I can't take it anymore.
