Covid has ruined two concerts for me in the last week. For one, the band I specifically went to see did an acoustic set. It was ok, but not what I was planning on seeing. Tonight, the band had to cancel because multiple members and crew tested positive and had symptoms.

I'm so sick of this fucking disease. I feel like I wasted a year of the time I had left when nothing was happening and everything was closed. Almost two years later, it randomly fucks things over.

Sorry, not asking for pity or anything like that. Just expressing how much I want this thing gone already.

I doubt it's going anywhere. It's more like a yearly subscription model to get the vaccine or else societal ostracization.

I'm tired of it as well. I'm not particularly social but I have basically become a hikikomori again, except this time not by choice. My only friend moved away and I just exist in this confined space. I'm not anti lockdown, anti quarantine or anti vaccine, I'm just very tired.

It wasn't the case, but if Bring Me the Horizon had to cancel or substantially change a show they were headlining, and I was going to, I would feel the same. I passed up seeing them at Knotfest in California, since they weren't headlining, and a 40 minute set wouldn't do them justice.

Funny enough, both bands I mentioned in the OP are playing again, so I will get to see them both, and both as headliners. Granted, I'm flying across the country for the one that was cancelled, but tickets were super cheap, and I get to see my fav family member.

it almost looks like it but i doubt that they can go through with it. The more evidence we have, the less power they will have. at least in europe and asia. i don't know about the usa and australia.

I work in DIY show spaces and just contracted COVID! A bunch of bands also got it. I have multiple jobs as well and one of them insisted I didn't get boosted if it was going to impact my work. I got boosted earlier this week, but that wasn't long not enough to let it do its thing. Now, I'm sick. I quit that job luckily lol. Very cool. I have jobs coming up later this week and I am afraid to tell them because Ill lose out on money. (Contractor)

I've never tested, contracted or vaccinated and I work heavy manual labour 10 hours a day, including saturday. You antiworkers, DIY-ers, 5 hour-work weekers and first worlders have it easy. You can always hold your nose and get vaxed, get a passport, read on the procedure in detail on the gov website, track your children by geolocarion like it's 1984 and what not to at least have some sanity left.

Now, what would it be if you lived (I do) in a place where standart practise is emergency staff slams the door on the ambulance under your nose, laughint at you if you have serious symptoms, because they have no hospital beds left and can't be bothered? What if they refused to help you while you're dying because it rains outside or the road is muddy?

How about massive routine locking the doors on emergency rooms and covid patients strapped to their beds, or dead bodies wrapped in emergency blankets and left on bus stops?

I agree with the general sentiment. People in advanced economies have it too relatively easy. We waste our lives on social media sending most of our money to China in exchange for trinkets, wondering what is the purpose of life.

Covid could easily be defeated.

At an approved excrement.. I mean, government health diminishing center, sure. To ensure my overall antibody treshold is sufficiently high, so that I can clear the preliminary hourly lockdown protocol and avoid enlistment in the government's official hospitalisation list. We must remain at our residential community blocks for the public security of other human entities, especially those with insufficient or miniscule bodily and pulmonary function.

My brother's heart is absolutely screwed due to his vaccine. He ended up in A&E having his heart shocked.

This is happening to a lot of people, not to ignore other diseases and disorders caused by this horrible weapon. I am sorry, I know people don't want to hear this, but it's true.
I hold qualifications in microbIology, epidemiology and pharmacology and this whole thing stinks to me.
I've worked in healthcare my whole life and know the corruption that goes on. It's not something I'm trolling.

This is my reason to say no to the injection.
Some vaccines have their place, but the best thing for this virus which you have a high chance to survive from is a good immune system. Maybe some NAC supplements, colloidal silver, black seed oil, vitamin C.

I feel this forceful vaccine approach is pretty sinister. Imo.

Actually, the "best thing" to avoid covid other than - or in addition to - a vaccine is a p100 permanent face mask, available at any big box home store in the United States, coupled with something to cover the eyes. Or a lazy regular mask with a $1 plastic face shield.

As to the importance of the immune system, obviously the purpose of a vaccine is to improve the immune response.

Do you have anything more specific than "happening to 'a lot' of people"? There are ~5.4 million documented deaths. If we're going to share anecdotes, my whole circle of friends and family (over a dozen people off the top of my head) are vaccinated and none have suffered ill effects beyond flu symptoms on day of injection. Two acquaintances of our family have died of covid and they were both unvaxxed and in their 40s.

I am on another forum which documents these other incidents. There are pages and pages of people who have suffered ill effects and death.
Until it happens to someone in your family, you'll remain ignorant.

I am also sceptical with Covid deaths, especially after the Midazolam scam. I saw it with my own eyes working in healthcare.
Not to forget the methods (ventilation) were unnecessary and contributing to death. This is a sick, sick thing happening to humanity and that's just it. It is happening.

It doesn't quite work like that and I completely disagree with your statement.

Why on earth are you concerned about covid, but not to other illnesses? Especially those induced by the vaccine? This makes no sense.

Meaning there is a massive coverup, spanning dozens or hundreds of agencies, spread out across the entire globe?

Yes, every conscious human should be aware there is an adverse vaccine event reporting mechanism. I had soreness the day after the vaccine. Didn't bother to report it. What is your point?

From your article:

"The Therapeutic Goods Administration recorded 78,880 adverse events linked to COVID-19 vaccination, representing a small minority (0.21 per cent) of the 37.8 million doses administered to 18.4 million people, by November 7. The vast majority of those 78,000 adverse events were mild side effects, including headache, nausea and sore arms."

Indeed, but it's still part of the reporting system. My brother in Aus is one of those who got heart damage. Why don't you understand what I am saying?
It's unreal.
What about this poor girl?

likely would have recovered from covid no problem without a jab! But no. Pressured into ruining her life forever more.
What doesn't work like what?

My point is people like you who believe everything the media tell them are doomed.

My comments are not rambles when my own brother could drop dead any day due to his vaccine.
You have no right to push something causing such harm to people who have over 99% survival rate! It's absolutely ridiculous and ignorant and downright dangerous!!

Furthermore, what you need to understand is that people won't show immediate reactions or illnesses induced by this poison. No. The media will rarely report that. You have to dig deep for the answers, but they are there.
Look around you. Stillbirth and miscarriage rates are incredibly high, heart problems, strokes, neurological problems, increase in cancers...plus more.
Open your eyes, please.
