I've always wanted to use cutting as a method even though it only has a 1-4% success rate, However I was curious if there's any way that this rate could be made higher.
Is the rate higher if I cut more consistently and in the same wounds?
I was also wondering if someone were to use a temporary constricting band would it make the veins easier to reach since they "bulge" more?
Would it be easier if someone were to cut their neck, I'd prefer not to do this to my neck if it has the same success rate since it would be difficult to hide when I go out.
