Seeing as my nitrite plan has failed
I just remembered i live near a 300ft tall train bridge

300ft is pretty much totally fatal regardless of impact surface i assume
(Id aim for rocks)

Sorry your other attempt failed. I hope you have seriously considered this method. I'm terrified of heights so that wasn't an option for me.
If it's ok to ask … what happened with your other method ?

Cant get the right anti emetics
And i have considered this
I would make sure im incredibly intoxicated then just jump
Heights be damned if im unconscious before i hit ground

Antiemetics aren't required for the SN method ... many have done it without.

I think Stan's Guide mentions something about Antacids but I wasn't sure I understood it fully. Does it mean you can use that in place of the anti-emetics or do you have to use it with ???

you should use both antacid and anti emetic, however it can be done without either but both are recommended

you should use all of the things that you can get from the guide, if you can get antacids definitely use them!

The antacids won't be a problem … just anti-emetics.

definitely try to get them but if you really cant its possibly to ctb without them so i wouldnt worry too much if you really cant find any

Have you considered Buccastem? They're available OTC in the UK. Not sure about what country you're from but it might be an option there too.

All you NEED is SN and to fast.
all the other stuff is for comfort. They are not interchangeable but also one can use only what you can acquire and create your own regimen.
and ctb should only ever be a last resort
