Sedatives for SN that aren't controlled substances?

My psychiatric NP (via Thriveworks) doesn't prescribe controlled substances, which in the US includes benzos. Is there anything else I should try to get that could be useful? Someone mentioned Seroquel for sleep in another thread, any others?
