Search Function Question

I'm a fairly new member and wanted to ask at what point I'll be able to use the search function. After reading previous posts, I've gathered you need to be here for a while before this action is enabled. Anyone know anymore details? Thanks

To search any site you can just type site: before a url. Like this: site:sanctioned-suicide.net/ type search word here
