Search function not working

I think I had 15 or 20 posts before mine unlocked.

This has happened many times before in the past and usually soon enough it starts working again. Hopefully the error gets corrected soon as I understand this must be frustrating if one wishes to use it.

Yeah it sure would be nice if it didn't screw up every so often same thing happens when I try to look thru my comments.

I have a lot fewer posts than you, and I was able to use the search function most of the time until the current outage.

I am now able to search for individual words (like Fedex) and get a response. I'm not sure what caused the change. Now I have to find seach syntax, so I can use more than one keyword when I ask for a search.
