My dad has a boat and the rope for it is getting old and he needed a new one so I told them that I got it for his boat

If you get a large enough window where you are alone you could go to a store and then hang yourself in some secluded place.
I'm 18 and getting a hotel in the first place is not easy nor is giving a reason or getting the money
I am in the same position as you except my parent found my scarf instead. I asked my mom for money and now i bought a rope with it. I hide it somewhere so she cant find it. I am 18 as well and i have thought of running about and staying in a hostel but that is gonna be really.hard since the city i live is really small and everyone knows so yeah. That would be risky. I really dontnwant to end on the news and reported as missing. Oh no no no.

Its been 10 months since you made this thread, any improvements on your mental health or still feeling suicidal?
It was an insanity... try talking to your therapist and trying to act like your happy and fine i at least learned how to look like your average happy guy now though although i'd be lying if i said i wasn't being driven mad my depression hit rock bottom the moment i woke up in the hospital knowing i failed i almost went insane then and there... it took me a while to keep myself from looking like they should throw me in a mental asylum but i managed for the most part
But yeah no to this day i'm still suicidal
