I had a plan to start exercising, but you know what?
I don't want to fucking prolong my life and live to a 100, screw that.
I am never going to exercise.
Let my body age and die as soon as possible.

Not sure what kind of exercise you're talking about. I was into powerlifting a lot and got a nasty injury 4 years ago. I'm sure I just shortened my life with that :))

My plan was to do 1 hour of cycling everyday which is cardio and prolongs your life.
But fuck that, I want to die as soon as posisble.

Living longer aside, the meditative aspect of exercise helps me a lot. I wouldn't discount exercise just because it makes you live longer, maybe you could equalize it by riding your bike on dangerous roads?

I used to do strength training, stopped when I found out it increases the risk of retinal detachment.

I think you shouldn't focus so much on a future, but you should focus more on your present and your well being. Exercise won't expand your life span magically. But it can give you a boost of serotonin and endorphins. So it can make your life more bearable. It can give you confidence. So think about that, do something in the moment that could make you enjoy the moment.

I haven't really exercise for like the last 12 years, But I am the type that doesn't get fat.

I stopped exercising a few years back but I have started back again. I have no routine though. I workout spontaneously because routines are boring to me.

@Busticket Yeah, but cardio helps you fuck longer too. You can do plenty of drugs that will up your physical strength and endurance and kill you too. See how long you last on 150-200mcg of clen a day...

Living until I am 100 is my idea of a nightmare. Personally, I have no interest in anything that prolongs my lifespan.

I agree.. It can give you confidence and strength to cbt successfully.
