Hi guys, long time, isn't it?
So, here I am again, in the same hole as I was before
Everything went bad this days
Tomorrow is my birthday, but, I don't feel happy about it
I mean, it is another year Right? I should be happy but I can't
I just want to cry alone in my room till I choke
Even though, the last days and today I was scratching myself, a question came to my mind
Is scratching SH? I mean, my skin is itchy after one day but it isn't usually that bad, you know? It burns in the moment, but after that, it just goes away
So, it is considered that?
Thanks <3

If it hurts you and is a way to cope with emotional pain, then I'd say it is.

Yes, scratching can be considered a form of self harm. If you are purposely doing something that causes harm to yourself then it is self harm. I've used scratching as a form of self harm too. It's one of the most common self harm methods.
