I'm scared I'll panic after taking SN
I have such bad anxiety I think I'll be terrified. I hate the survival instinct

It will require a lot of.emotional preparation and steeling yourself beforehand.

Its not a requirement to take anxiety pills before hand but I think it should be. It would definitely be alot easier if you took 2 xanax before the sn.
