Help Safe phone or video call apps?

Are there any phone call or video call apps that don't track your location, IP address, etc?

I'm guessing that almost all of them have ways to track your location/IP address but if you had a VPN maybe it would be safer because it can make it seem like you're located somewhere else?

Wickr is a good one. I've spoken to a few people from here via that app.

I know of Signal, it's meant to be good.

Wickr is also safe as @BPD Barbie said, and I think Viber is meant to be as well
