Anyone else feel like their presence in people's lives is poisoning them? I feel like I'm just destroying lives everywhere I go, not because i'm an abusive asshole but just from being this depressing incompetent mess. I feel so bad for all the people who have to deal with me on a day to day.

Man, that must suck. All i can give you is reassurance. I assume there are at least a few people on this world that genuinely love you, maybe you didn't figure it out yet but soon, you will. I mean, maybe lots of people think poorly of you because you're abusive but they should understand thats a factor of depression and they should be understanding. This is not your fault.
