Help Rope for hanging or ligature or whatever

ive probably already make this post before but just bare with me. i already tried using clothes, scarves, wasteband strings, none of that works so dont recommend me that unless its some revolutionary type clothing i haven't tried. i dont have a rope unless itll magically appear in my house so dont recommend that either. just give me suggestions, full suspension preferably because 9/10 times partial does jack.

dawg clothes and scarves are what people usually use as ligatures if they don't have a rope. shoelaces would come undone so they're no good. most people would recommend a rope in this case even though you don't have access to one.

might just be the length ive got. it always gets "choppy" and comes undone because the fabric is so fabricy. maybe im doing it wrong. ive been using the proper knots but they're weak when your whole body weighs on it.

probably comes down to my method.

I've seen people using bedsheets. But rope is almost a must for hanging.
