i haven't used this website in a hell of a long time and this is the first thing i see when i come back? hell yea

i play a good amount of rhythm games, i'm top 500 in FlashFlashRevolution, and I'm at ~24 MSD in Etterna (i play offline). I have a tablet for osu!standard and I play all osu! gamemodes except for osu!ctb. I also play StepMania with an L-TEK PRO 2 dancepad and Taiko no Tatsujin on the Nintendo Switch with the official controller for that game. I play Clone Hero with a keyboard but I'm looking into getting a controller or repairing the one I already have. I play a good amount of other rhythm games like Muse Dash, ADoFAI, Project DIVA (steam & switch), and GD if you count that as a rhythm game. I used to play Beatoraja but I can't find any way to play it on Linux. Proton-GE/Wine-GE doesn't work, and nothing in the AUR is up to date. It's been a while since I tried getting it to work though so maybe something has changed by now. I'm a casual player btw

Woah, that's cool! Tbh, I only understood half of that, lol.

Sure...lol. I wonder what a non-casual player would look like.

I play a few! I used to be top 100 in Australia for Osu! (normal). I did try other game modes (mania, taiko, etc.) but really wasn't good at them. When I went to Japan, I spent a lot of time in the arcades. Back home, I pop by my local arcade sometimes to play maimai, but it's usually taken for the whole day by super dedicated people... so I don't usually get the chance. I also really like groove coaster!

I have been playing the project diva series for 9 years now. If you like Vocaloid, DEFINITELY give it a shot. I started off with a PS4 controller, but now go to a local arcade to play the actual machine with the intended controller- I am also experimenting playing with my boyfriends fighting controller at home to get a similar effect lol. Megamix is available on the PC right now and its super easy to mod so you can get custom songs, but there's also variations of the series available on the PS4, PS3, Switch and I believe PSP

I forgot to put my answer, lol.

Rhythm Heaven (all perfects except remix 10 ToT). As a person who loves music I could totally see myself playing more. I sadly haven't. More of a homebody and visual novel person. :p

hehe~ Welcome back! :3 I'm sorry for whatever brought you here again, but I'm glad this thread made you happier to think about~ :) I'm glad you enjoy them so much! :D I once tried playing Taiko, but I kinda sucked! >_< kyute name btw! :3 Reminds me of the Suwa Clan, city, Suwa Daimyojin, etc.! ^_^ Did you name yourself after any of them? :)

I play a few! I used to be top 100 in Australia for Osu! (normal). I did try other game modes (mania, taiko, etc.) but really wasn't good at them. ooo~ So neat! :D Very impressive! ^_^ hehe~ I'd also stop by some arcades on the way to Japan! :3 and the local arcades with rhythm game machines are awesome! >w< The imported machines are so fun here at least! :D My local arcade sells 1 of the play cards, but it's only hooked up to someone's private server for our state unfortunately~ >_<
I'm sorry you don't get much of a chance to play MaiMai~ :( oooo~ I didn't know Groove Coaster's name before you told me! :D Thank you! ^_^ yes, Groove Coaster is very fun! :D I like the Touhou songs on it the most~ :)

I forgot to put my answer, lol.

xD Do you have any arcades nearby? :) That like might have rhythm games! They're awesome! :D

Anyways, I love rhythm games lots! ^_^ mostly in the arcade tho! :D My favorite is Jubeat! ^_^ I love all the buttons and how cool it feels! :) Contrary to the other 2 rhythm games at my local arcade! :/ Groove Coaster too, but I can't do all the special stuff yet~ >_< There was also a 2-player one I played with my dad, and I like it because it's 2 player~ :) everything is better with more people after all! ^_^ well, besides marriage! xDDD All of them have Touhou music too which is a big part of making them sooo awesome! >w< There's probably more too, but I forget/never knew the names~
idk how much of an rhythm game it is, but if it is, DanceRush Stardom is sooo awesome! >w< You just feel great while doing it and can freestyle lots too! ^_^ Just Dance is fine too~ :) altho, it feels like you're moving the wrong way~ >_<

I'll also play Touhou Mix on my phone~ :) it has PC-98 songs and stays closer to the games! ^_^
