Respect to the users of SS

Hi,

I just wanted to give my sincerest respect to the users of SS.

Most have been through extreme mental suffering that no human should experience.

Yet, everyone I have interacted with seems like good, kind and genuine people.

The world is cruel. You won't see psychopaths on the verge of suicide...

psychopaths do sometimes kill themselves, usually when they are on death row, so they can thwart their sentence

Yup, psycopaths often drive us to suicide then keep enjoying themselves immensely with the approval of society.

Yea, you will never see some rotten to the core person committing suicide. They cling to life with their hands and feet, sucking the life energy out of good people.

I used to use SS but now it uses me. This place will grow on you and there will be ups and downs. I hope you're as comfortable here as you can be for the ride though!

I don't understand how people who have gone through so many issues, mental health problems, trauma or anything can still be so kind, bright and nice. These people are have so much strength.. I haven't even gone through much and I'm ugly from the outside and inside, I'm mean.

For me the sad thing is not the circumstances of the members of this forum, but that people need to be in these circumstances to be respectful about other people mind and needs.

People on the internet or in real life don't understand why someone would want to die, and I never see someone respect as much someone minds but on this forum. Here you can talk about your life, what you done or any other things, everyone will respect that and not blame you to be yourself. In the others worlds you will be blamed or ashamed for what you are.

it's really sad that you need to be on a suicide forum to see this kind of respect of people to each others.

Showing kindness to each other is the only little bit of light some of us get in the dark times. This is a precious community with amazing members for sure.
