If you could choose after you die, would you choose to come back as, lets be naive and say human again (obviously without knowing if your life would be good) or would you just stay dead?

id sure say fuck it and choose the latter, x1000 times better.

Being born involves a high risk of a future full of suffering. To me, ending life to avoid suffering is the whole point of suicide. So the answer is obvious.

Depends on how much information I have, is there an afterlife?

If i still do not know that but am given this choice I would choose to re roll. My life is not bad, all of the things that make me want to CTB basically stem from a complete inability to experience joy, if this could be removed I have no reason to believe I could not be just as blissfully ignorant as the rest of the world

I believe that there is some sort of afterlife/heaven but you can choose at any time a new life. Call me childish but I think there is more than one god and our planet to live on.

But in the end we will never know, until we are dead. :)

Unless it was into a world that was significantly different, I might opt for dead. It's hard to know though, probably because I'm currently not currently feeling actively suicidal, just thinking about it a lot.

I would choose to try again. It might turn to be a worse experience. But, keep in mind, human lifespan is not really long. A lifetime of suffering is nothing compared to the age of galaxy/universe/eternity/whatever. I think I can endure one more time. I just want to have a fresh start in life and try again.

I rather stay dead. The afterlife of everlasting life sounds better than this disease filled, cruel world. If it were the choice to stay for my family and not regaining a whole life of starting from scratch, I'd happy do better and learn from it.

In that case I'll never choose a new life/reincarnate if given the choice. Screw having a second life on this shithole.

If it were down to chance of course I'd stay dead. I don't understand how someone who is suicidal in this life doesn't see the massive potential for suffering inherent to existence.

I'd choose to stay dead. Even coming back as a completely different person wouldn't make it worth coming back to this cruel world.

I'd rather stay dead because I never asked to be born into this world. If I never existed then that would be the best outcome, no suffering, no pain, no anguish, I simply just don't exist. Rerolling life doesn't guarantee I'd get dealt better cards and sometimes (more often than not), I'd have other kinds of problems to deal with, which may be worse than my current life.

I'd stay dead for several reasons. First, there's the risk of being born into a life that's just as bad or worse than the one I currently have. Second, there's the risk of coming back as a terrible person that causes significant harm to others. Third, even if I came back as a good person, my existence would still cause some harm, especially in a world overpopulated by humans (every life is another carbon footprint, drain on natural resources, etc.). Finally, I just don't want to have to experience any amount of suffering ever again. Even the happiest, most resilient people still have to experience some suffering, at some point. I've had enough.

The only way i'd accept is if i'm guaranteed being physically attractive. I won't roll the dice.

I would rest a bit and then roll the dice because you never know and I could always kill myself in the end so there's that

I would take a reroll without having some things happen that did happen during childhood that really shaped my life until now.

I hate that it sounds like an excuse. Maybe it is one, I don't know. But if I had been like "normal" people, I think I could have had a great life. Or at least a chance.

I do see some beauty in the world. But now that my life is totally screwed up, it just makes me even more sad about the life I could have had.

The problem is you get mind wiped so you might come back as pro life or really religious and scared to ctb. Also you don't know what's gonna happen you might get into a car crash and end up a vegetable and not having the ability to ctb.

As for myself no way am I coming back for ANY reason under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I don't gaf if I can choose to come back as justin bieber. There is no guarantee you will not run into problems down the line. Even justin bieber can get into a car fire and get disfigured, lose arms and legs, and a variety of horse shit. Imagine the trauma...

Why risk that? What's so fucking special about this shit hole planet that you'd want to risk experiencing that? A new chance at what? To suffer more?

I would have said come back my whole life but the amount of pain I'm in these last couple years makes me feel like I NEVER want to do this again. Is any life pain free? If you die at age 30 quick and painless I think you are lucky
