Life is indeed filled with misery. You're surrounded by death and suffering yatta yatta yatta
Religious folks hold onto this belief that this is all a test until you see either hell or heaven. For eternity. So they live in agony till natural death, to pass the test of life.
Most of us are born Christian, and in Christianity, suicide is a big sin. I was raised with my dad talking claiming people who ctb'd are cowards, which indicates that my dad is in pain as well, but chooses to live on for family? Idk. But I always thought I was a coward, because I would never be able to ctb. So are we all cowards? Me, who doesn't have it in me to end it. And you, who don't have it in you keep going on?
I digress.
Are there any religious folks here? How do you circumvent this feeling that ending it all could possibly land you in hell for all eternity?
