Venting relapsed after a few months of no sh

Im just tired. I got my peroid and it hurt so bad and made me so uncomfortable that even after I took a few pills it still makes me not wanna walk. Im stressed and I feel like Im not doing enough no matter what, its been some time since I just looked at my knife and felt the need to do it

gladly my friend came back to the house but i just still side eye the knife hoping i can do it in a sneaky away,though ive been playing a game for a while and i stopped wanting do to it too much
