Reincarnation

I started thinking "deeply" about this after watching the show "The Good Place" Although, they went to "heaven" I won't spoil the rest of the series...
I love the idea of starting a fresh new life, leaving all this pain and bad memories in this life. Having a second chance of living a normal life.

But honestly, that's all just fantasy. If reincarnation is real and souls are always being reborn, where all the new souls are coming from, especially since there used to be so many fewer people.

You were born into this world from seemingly nothing, so it suggests there is a non-zero chance of it happening again. Retaining memories, I think, is in the realm of fiction.
