The show is Pantheon. It's really good. I pirate everything. And the series had been sitting in my Hard drive for years. I never got around to watching it, because every time I skimmed through it, reminded me of this graphic novel, username Evie. Which actually has a simmillar premise. But it's cringe, and doesn't really do anything with the premise, and is more akin to a slice of life/coming of age story. Which is not something I enjoy....
So, I wanted to free up space on my HD. It was taking up like 24 GB. I first heard of the show through some YouTube video. I never got around to watching it because I figured it would be too cringe or too technical to enjoy without proper concentration, since it's considered hard sci fi. But I realized I need more HD space, and decided to watch it while working out. And... HOLY SHIT!!!!
It was so good. And I told 4 of my friends on WhatsApp to watch it. I prodded one of them about 5 times, every time the show exceeded my expectations.
I didn't binge it in one go, because I wanted to spread it out.
I only have 3 episodes left.
I went on reddit for a work related thing. And I saw a funny post about the show. I thought it was funny too, and I just kept reading, and I realized it was leading to a massive spoiler... and I think I got spoiled. Might be something I misinterpreted different due to lack of context, so the actual spoiler might be different. But Shit...
Anyway...
I told myself that it's on me for joining the subreddit in the first place, even though I don't remember joining it to begin with. And it turns out, I hadn't...
So unless this is some weird coincidence, reddit accessed my whatsapp chat. Or atleast my google search results(I searched for the creator's other works).
This sucks either way.
