Hi folks. I'm back. Question for all of you. Do you ever feel like killing yourself because things are too mundane?

I don't feel depressed. I feel like it's a super important thing on my to do list and life is literally just me running endless errands. I've been in therapy and on meds and by objective standards I'm doing much better but honestly with my head in a more even keel state I feel lonely and everything feels incredibly bland. Supposedly I'm going to get used to this but in the meantime I feel pressured to do it even though nothing is actively too terrible. I get times when I feel terrified that my life is about to fall apart but the grayness off it all is really where the ice gets thin. Who knows. Maybe this is a super sneaky depression.

I always have the sn in my vehicle. I had a stomach bug for a week and could have gotten my hands on meto but I put off going to the doctor because I thought I'd still be sick the next day. Just as well I suppose. I would like to tell my therapist that I carry sn but she may in fact stick me inpatient if I tell her that. I guess I just better tell her how I'm feeling.
