Help Really need help about SN

I couldn't able to order any SN internationally. Finally I found a local merchant but it is 25 kg bag of SN industrial or technical grade . I googled the company it shows 98.5 % purity. Here in this country, there is no test kits available for SN.i want to do blood test but, the question is if I made a puncture or hole to the bag will the remaining gets oxidised ?? Or it ll reamain fine. Or should I transfer atleast like 1kg into some tight plastic bottle.? What should I do ?
And yeah I found one member of the forum bought same SN bag in the past and he kind of succeeded I think. Because you know he had goodbye thread.
