I don't recommend taking SN with a stomach full of anything, you will increase the nitrite to nitrate conversion and cause more pain. You'll also lower the odds of death. Please try to take a Breath, do something that makes you feel good, and don't impulse ctb.

Stan's guide specifically says to not consume any alcohol, increases chance of vomiting as both SN and alcohol is toxic and our body knows it.

Don't do anything on impulse that you might regret, wait until your time is right and you are fully prepared for the task. There is no shame or harm in waiting a little longer if it means it's done correctly with minimal suffering involved.
