So. I was looking into the ratchet tie down method, but i didn't find good threads. Since a lot of them mixed, ratchet tie down + night night.
From what I understand, you only use a lashing belt in this one. Finding the sweet spot, isn't a problem here either, since you're not using small objects to target specifically the carotids. It would only be a matter of getting the right pressure quickly.
Sorry if this method was already being discussed. I only found old posts, and no mega threads, like the tourniquet one got.
