When writing a reply to an earlier thread, I had an idea to help with my own future SN poisoning.

I was thinking that donating blood a day before fasting would help ensure a successful poisoning. Since SN works by binding to hemoglobin, it seems to me that having less blood cells would make death more certain.

Does this sound right?? Any medical or biology people out there that can weigh in on this??
