Being very drunk and having immediate access to a lethal substance or a sufficiently high up point to jump off of would very likely put you at a high risk of committing an impulsive suicide.

I'd be long gone if such a thing existed, it's so cruel and terrible how I cannot just have the option to never suffer again, I always suffer so much from how I cannot just have a painless, guaranteed death so finally I can be at peace from this torturous existence.Similar threads
