No, they can kill you but most probably they won´t. But quetiapine acts as an antiemetic so you can take those along SN or N and die.

Sorry, but no.

You would need a dump truck full to get the job done. It's one of the reasons it is so frequently prescribed to bipolar folks; it doesn't allow for an impulsive ctb.

Definitely not sadly, like said above it would take a dump truck full of them. It is not very toxic stuff.

I once took 1200 milligrams after being off of them a few days when I was 15 and I had an out of body experience, I was just floating around but at the same time I was paralyzed.

There have been cases where people die with an antipsichotics od, but are rare. Usually you get saved and end up in the ward. But if you use them to prevent vomiting, they are good, in normal doses. You can take quetiapine before SN and die.

As far as quetiapine being an antiemetic, it seems to do a decent job. During my attempt with 5.5 grams of amitriptyline I took 500mg of quetiapine and did not vomit. Resulted in quite a long coma.

i think 4.5g is nowhere near enough. my best friend died after taking 200 × 300mg tablets (60g). she had some chronic physical ailments which rendered her very unfit, weighed ~60kg, no idea how peaceful it was. looked peaceful when i found her, but i once took ~8g and it was extremely unpleasant: brutal pulse, in and out of consciousness (mercifully, more out than in), uncontrollable movements, delirium. as it was kicking in, i've never felt as "desperately uncomfortable" (wanting to crawl out of my own skin, begging to be put out of my misery) before or since. shudder just thinking about it. maybe the symptoms of a massive overdose are less traumatic... i dearly hope so for my friend. :( but yeah, takes a lot: here's a report of a 32-year-old / 62kg woman surviving ~36g.

I Wouldn't. Took 20 300mg once along with about 5 grams of xanax and half a gram of hydrocodone, came out of a coma 3 days later and have had seizures since, although a lot less frequent now they still happen 4 years later

Hey, I'm sorry to bring up such a tragic incident that happened to your friend, but do you know anything else about the circumstances of that?
