My first post here, so I'm sorry for any mistakes or unintentional violations.
I'm living in Vietnam, and I find that it's easy to find lots of websites selling SN publicly. You just need to search SN on Google and these websites immediately appear as top searches. I haven't proceeded to contact any website so I don't know if the buying process is easy as well.
So I have questions for those living in this country and having some experience in this:
1. Are these websites legit/reliable? Or are they just scam?
2. Have you tried to contact or purchase from these websites? Do they require any papers or permits for purchases?
3. Is it true that the shipping process after purchases face no problems because there is little strict ban and police monitor on this?
4. I notice that these websites mostly sell SN in large quantity like 25kg. Can we buy in smaller quantity?
5. Lastly, is the price reasonable?

To my utmost surprise, it turns out that you can buy SN from any popular online shopping platforms in this country, even Tiktok Shop. The price is varied, but extremely affordable.
It's just so ironic because I see people from other countries struggle to find DSL website for days, going through a quite complex buying process and paying for a high price for SN. Meanwhile, in Vietnam, you just need to spend at most $30 on 500g of SN from the most conventional online platform available.
