Help Questions about State dose (SN)

I have been reading Stans guide to SN and I have decided that the stat dose seems to be the best option for my but I have 2 questions

1. For how long time should you be fasting before taking the SN?

2. What is the best benzo to take before CTB?

I believe 4-6 hours fast is sufficient. I suggest googling how long it takes the stomach to empty.
