Method Questions about SN

Hi,
I have several questions regarding the SN method which I couldn't find in the megathread

I'm in my early 20s, [M] 5'10, 145lbs, with ok muscle mass and a good stamina, I have no particular health problems (I used to have a fatty liver but it went away) , now based on that:

1-How much SN (grams) should I dissolve in how much water(ml)? (assuming the purity of SN is >98%)

2-Should I drink it on an empty stomach? How long should I wait after my last meal? what about water and other drinks?

3-I read that I should do an antiemetic "diet", like, how many days prior to the special day should I start taking them? what dosage and frequency? should I just take one, half an hour before taking the SN?

4-The same question about acid regulators

5-Should I take painkillers an hour before SN?

6-Is it possible that I make noises in the process after taking the SN?

7-Should I lay down on bed or sit on a chair?

8-At what time after taking the SN, death is certain? (I want to plan a scheduled call/text message)

9-Is it going to be an ugly scene for the person who finds me? Should I cover myself with a sheet?
