Questions about SN

1-How long do i have to fast before having SN?
2-ive read some people describing the taste as something horrible, is this true? what can be done to improve the taste? can i mix it with juice instead of water?
3-it takes about 15 minutes to fall asleep, what can i do meanwhile? im sure my survival instinct will kick in, i don't wanna panic and call an ambulance, and i will be in a huge struggle during the 15 minutes, anxious and scared, there has to be something i can do?

4-8 hours. I would do 8 hours to be on the safe side
don't know about the taste
people get benzo medication to fall asleep..

I wouldn't mix it with juice, since vitamin C acts as an antidote. It's salty tasting - not everyone finds it horrid. One person put hot sauce in to make it more palatable.

i think that hot sauce has vitamin C in it since peppers have vitamin C

Possibly, unless it's been processed out during the cooking stages. In any case a few drops of hot sauce aren't comparable to 75-100 ml of juice.

It's not obligatory. That person's attempt failed anyway. Carry on as you will.

As far as I know, sn becoming nitrate requires a long time exposure in air.
