First, I hope my SN arrives soon. I can't live any longer. I want to ctb in this December or January.
I have some questions, why do I need to take antacid before takkng SN? Is it important?
Is 48 hour regimen more effective than stat dose?
Lastly, i want to ctb in a hotel, should i book only 1 day? or 2 days?

p.s. If i want to take benzo, when should ai take it? 30 min before SN? or 1 hour?

You can read all of this in Stan's SN guide which I strongly advise anyway. But I'll break it down for you

Antacid regulates your acidity levels in your stomach, making it a happy environment for the SN to be absorbed quicker. Not essential but more of a reassurance if anything.

If I recall correctly 48 hour regimen is meant to be the better method, however you might react differently to the anti emetic than others so the stat dose may be more suitable, just depends on your situation.

If you're gonna stay in a hotel, book 2 days to be on the safe side.

please read through this

Also, on the off chance you are under 18 and lying about your age, please don't pressure people on this site to make unethical statements. This is a supportive community of adults.

Thanks for your advice. I think I should book for 2 days.

The following is about N rather than SN, but explains the pros/cons of stat dose vs 48 hour anti-emetic regime, and covers some EPS and anti-emetic testing points - see "Notes" section... (the anti-emetic regime is the same for N and SN) :
