i know the chances are really really slim/painful with otc meds but if i were gonna od on them which would give me the best shot at ctb?

None is the correct answer because the odds of success is just too low. Not worth the risk. You'll just do damage to your internals and be in even worse shape than you are now, maybe end up in such bad shape that you'll be unable to even try a second attempt at CTB.Similar threads
