Question to people who are parents

What would be worse for you if your child kills himself at home with N and you find him and have to call the police himself, or if your child hangs out in the forest and then gets it communicated by the police? The advantage with the method to houses that parents knew he died peacefully in the sleep. Of course, finding the corpse myself and trying to re-live is still bad. Hanging in the forest would probably always keep the thought of whether the child would have been hurt. How do you think? How can you make it as easy as possible for your loved ones?

Good answer. I think I'll drink N at night in a parking lot where someone finds me the next day. Better than if relatives will find me.

It's a very good point you raised tbh. I couldn't ever talk to my parents at all about anything. Ever. I'd just get screamed at. Or hit. Whereas my son tells me everything and I ask him everyday how he is and he tells me so if he wanted to ctb I'd help him/ love him/ advise him - whatever HE wanted, whereas my parents would have just screamed at me and called me evil and selfish.

This happened to me when i told them i wanted to die. Their reaction was, how could i do this to THEM, i could not go so bad that i can not go on living. The bad thing is, they are now trying everything to stop me from dying. In the end, they take all the painless methods away from me and ultimately, I just have to hang myself in the woods. But I'm too sad for that, so I'm trying to get to N first.

I feel you! This is what makes me mad about parents! Why can't they ever try and understand their children??!! Surely they must have experienced feelings themselves once upon a long time ago? Before they became old, smug, self-righteous and superior?!

Drives me mad! Any parents on this site: Love your children with every breathe in your body before it's too late.

While I'm on the subject of parents, sorry OP, but I find it so sad when parents have to criticise the other parent to the child. Why?? It's a horrid thing to do. Especially when parents are not together. Don't make your children takes "sides"
