Help Question about SN

So, in a few months i am planning to CTB with SN. I am planning to bring Sn with me to the woods near me.

Which is the better choice to ingest SN? Mixing it with water, or just ingesting it with a spoon? are either options ok?

Have you read any of the SN threads on this site or read about SN in the PPH?

I'm not even sure you could ingest it with a spoon and not puke it right back up. Could you manage to swallow a bunch of salt right out of the container?
