Yes to showing up in autopsy. This question is already answered elsewhere.

As to the insurance, it depends on whether your policy has any restrictions on suicide, and if so, whether these are still in place at the time of death. Some have these restrictions for an initial period and then they are lifted. You would need to very carefully read your policy documents.
