The last time I tried partial suspension, I was 99 to 100 pounds. It didn't work, I tried for almost a year every week and kept hitting the jugular and felt my head blow up. That was about 5 years ago, I've since gained over 60 pounds. I'm around 160 (5'4, female), and I wonder if I tried it again, would it work? I can't find my carotid arteries though, well I haven't tried it yet since 5 years ago, I'll do it later when I research more into it on where exactly to hold, because I don't want to do it wrong right now and get a headache or get sick or something, I'm a lot weaker and more sickly these days and any little thing can make me ill for an entire day and in pain.

I have 50g SN, but no antiemetic, and I have severe IBS, I'm actually having a flare right now and it would be excruciatingly painful for me if I took it especially without antiemetics, I just don't think SN can be an option for me even with the antiemetics.

I'm having a flair up at the moment myself so I know your pain. I can't even bend forward. Anyway, I don't think the extra weight will make a huge difference it's finding that correct spot which seems to be different in everybody. I've found it myself a couple of times but never reliably. If you're going to be practicing watch you don't damage your neck I done something to mine and it's been sore ever since. Take care.
